Tried to get an answer on where my towels are but no reply. We’re see but not looking good.

I have not received my order. I have reached out twice to customer service, but no one has responded yet.

I bought the autumn leaf print hand towel to check the quality, and I’m impressed! It looks even better in person the colors are bright, the printing is crisp, and the white background adds a beautiful contrast. The fabric has a nice nap and feels well‑made. I know I couldn’t find anything like this towel at our local mall.

Towel quality is not what I expected. Too thin and includes material imperfections I'm disappointed. It's a gift. I don't think it will absorb moisture.

The new towels had white areas throughout and they looked like they have been washed 20 times .They don't last Im very disappointed.

Terrible material that came already pilled & pulling apart. Zazzle will not refund me money but gave me a credit instead despite asking for a full refund. AVOID!

Awful product….and they won’t refund my money. Beach towel arrived pulled apart & pilled before use & washing.

Beautiful design but this is not a towel. The print feels like flannel and the other side is very thin and feels itchy. I wish the material were good quality.

Poor quality product. It looks good until you try to fold the towel. The towels are not perfectly square and when you fold them the white from the back shows. You also have to continuously brush the nap so that it lays right and you don't see more white coming through. I bought these for show and do not dare try to wash them as they surely would show a lot of white from the back of the towel. This is not a regular Terry cloth towel, more of painted fabric.

Color was nice, but towels too thin. Also, very expensive: I thought I was getting two sets, not one. I initiated a return on July 23, but haven't heard back.

I love my art on your towels. I used it a few times this weekend. I wish it was a little better at absorbing water or drying off, but it’s still functional. Great for car seat too after a sweaty workout!

Poor quality expected better quality

Very thin material and looks matted and not nice at all. I bought replacement towels today at Target
