Case-Mate

I posted a previous review about this product that I want to amend. My first case lasted well and looked great. However, the second case didn’t last long. Zazzle customer service went above & beyond to immediately rectify this situation. I’m grateful and impressed they stand by their products and customers. I won’t hesitate ordering from them again. I’m currently enjoying my replacement case.

Why buy a generic phone case when you can customize it with a personal photo? Zazzle offers many unique designs, but I LOVE my new phone case that is special to ME. The quality of the case is outstanding - fits my phone like a glove, the finish is high quality, and the openings for all the side tabs are sturdy (not flimsy like some other company’s cases), and will last longer than my phone.

The printing of my personal photo onto this phone case is crisp and clear - couldn’t have asked for a better result! My photo is centered just as I expected (from using their easy-to-use template), and the wrap around onto the sides of the case maintains the same high quality.

The glossy slim case is beautiful, with the exception on a small indented corner. However. ZAZZLE rectified this issue by replacing it with a new case.

The printing is great. The design print is crystal clear and the colors are bold and brilliant!

It has the design I like plus I personalize it with my nickname. I get compliments from all my friends.

I have come to the conclusion that Zazzle has a problem with final quality control because several times in the past products I have purchased, including this cover, the design has not been centred on the cover; therefore, my rating.
