I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my grandson. I paid the extra shipping fee so that it would be here by 12/25. However, they weren't able to get them made and shipped in time for Christmas.

Very nice - professional

Very happy with the appearance of the case for my new iPhone. However side buttons are very difficult to use now - not sure if it’s the thickness of the case or the alignment underneath. Rather limiting..nothing is a quick adjustment and takes several tries to adjust volume or grab screen shots.

The appearance is beautiful and just as previewed before purchase.

I just love my new XR phone case! It's beautiful and heavy duty. I've gotten so many compliments on my phone case. Very pleased.

Very thick sturdy phone case - I've gotten this style before from other sites, but this one is my favorite now I like the inner padding it has. My phone feels more protected.

The phone case is quite adorable, however, this phone case is more of a decoration than actual protection. My daughter who isn't extremely careful with her phone, is a little nervous about how it will hold up if dropped.

This case is more of an otter type case. It has flaps that cover all of the plugs . I didn't realize how clunky it would be.. hence my 4 stars, although I should have done a bit more investigating. All in all, pretty cool you can get a William Morris I phone case!

printing was ok ... not very sharp but pretty

I purchase a new custom "tough" case every time I change my iPhone. I use the same image every time and I have never been disappointed. People love my phone case and ask where they can get one just like it. I have dropped my phones many times and have never experienced a cracked screen or any damage at all when the phone has been in these cases.

Everything looks like it is supposed to! I have a complicated, five-color logo for my business and they have gotten it right every time!

I love this design for this lovely phone case. The Pretty Green Leaves is a close-up shot of a large green tree from last summer. The colors are bright and dreamy. I expect this design for phone cases and other items will attract many people.

Really impressed with this case. The finish was much better than expected. The phone felt well protected in the case; I didn't feel it was going to slip out of my hands. Took a while to separate the front and back though!

Phone case is just what was expected. Durable

Graphics look great.

The case comes with an "interior skin" and outside hard plastic shell. When I bought a similar one a few years ago, the "interior skin" was a full separate rubber casing, held in place by the hard outside shell. Now the rubber (aka "bumper") is just a perimeter ring, and the hard shell has some thin padding on the center of its interior. Hoping it holds up as well as the one they used to make. Being disappointed about this drop in quality is why I rated only 3 stars for this product comment and 4 overall.

The colors and print turned out just like I created on the website, with the easy-to-use tool.

The printing was off a tad bit (not centered)

The product came very quickly (with in days of ordering) - before the expected arrival date and that surprised me because I had the phone cover engraved with my name. The hard shell I ordered has already protected by phone when it was accidentaly fell to the floor.

Love the phone case and it is exactly as it is shown on the website.
