We ordered shotglasses for our destination wedding in Cabo and were so excited. On our first order, the writing came back so small, you'd need a magnifying glass to see it. Luckily, Zazzle credited our account and we were able to reorder another batch. I spent a lot of time ensuring the text was much bigger the second time around. Sadly, the 2nd order was only a little bigger than the first. I am still debating on whether we'll be able to give these to our guests or find another vendor to give us a better product. My suggestion is that there needs to be more guidance and/or quality control/checks either when you are creating your order or before the item gets shipped to the customer. I feel like this could have been prevented or fixed. Even though they did provide good customer service in crediting our account after the first order, I will be hesitant to order customized products from Zazzle in the future just knowing that ultimately, we never ended up with a product that we're truly excited to give.

I was very disappointed at the size of the fans I ordered. It is more like a popsicle on a stick vs. something that can keep us cool at Quaker Meeting, where we don't have air conditioning.

I am so pleased with these! We recently moved into a brand new neighborhood, where everybody is new to the area. There are many dogs, some have become good friends already. I created this artwork to give to each of my new neighbors. I am so excited to do exactly that! Thank you so much.💜

This "coffee bar" sign we got from you above is great! However, the 18 x 24 poster we also got for this baby shower is all rippled and doesn't look nice at all! This was very disappointing!

Pleased with personalized post-it-notes. It would be nice if the pads were 3 different sizes which I’ve ordered inn pass from another company but item was discontinued.

Literally the name tags were plastic photos of metal grain, it is NOT metal

Don't buy this ! Looks cheap, can barely even see the business logo and it's not even made out of metal. I got a deal on this don't get me wrong but the reason why I got a deal on this is because it looks so cheap, I'm thoroughly disappointed
