Today, the rainbow has become a symbol of gay pride among most people under 18. But gay pride is not why God created the rainbow. God gave the rainbow as a sign and pledge of His promise to every living creature on earth that never again will there be a worldwide flood. God said, “When I send clouds over the earth, the rainbow will appear in the clouds, and I will remember my promise with you and with all living creatures. Never again will the floodwaters destroy all life” (see Genesis 9:12-15). That’s the rainbow truth! And we need to tell children and others this truth before it’s too late. Asking Jesus as your Lord and Savior is as easy as the ABCs! A – Admit you’re a sinner. B – Believe Jesus is the Son of God and died for your sins C – Call upon Jesus to help you to be Lord of your life and to live for Him. If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
