the frame was seriously bent by the lack of better, safer packaging. the UPS sent an apology for the mishap. need more reinforcement around that type of product.

The 30 picture collage I made for my daughter's 30th birthday was perfect. A picture for every year. The text box read "The Life of a Birthday Girl". The background color and the text colors were exactly the right color. Shipping was very fast.

These have still not arrived. Has been over 2 weeks Can’t get to a live person for any help. Just have to chat with AI who says it will connect me with someone No one ever came. My shower is in 1 1/2 weeks. Poor customer service when you have a problem. BTW don’t use the post office as a shipping method. They are not reliable.

Ordered to have framed. It was not shipped in a heavy card board cylinder. It was wrapped in brown paper then bent to go in a card board box. Therefore it have many dents in the paper.

Paid to have it shipped to arrive day before my Aunt's 70th bday , shipping shows 2 days after. The date is on the board ,doesn't take a rocket scientist to know it's useless after the fact. Tried to wait for a human and kept getting put back in the 5min wait time que only to wait over 15min. Terrible customer service / will work with local human beings this is horrible service.
