I thought my banner would have grommets for hanging, but it does not. Can you please tell me how to get the same banner with grommets, or how you suggest hanging a banner without them?

The sign was sewed wrong so only one end you can put a stake through. Now trying to think what we can do to put the sign up with. Very frustrating as orders take a long time to get sent and delivered. Now with it wrong we have to think of another way to hang in on a lawn. Please check your work before sending.

I am very disappointed in this product. The labels are so small, it is very hard to read let alone see the design that I created. They used to be much larger. I paid a lot of money for this product. Then the UPS delivery person left the package in the direct sunlight. It clearly says perishable on the box. The ice pack was melted and very very hot. The kisses are very soft I put them in the refrigerator. So so unhappy.

I was so disappointed to get it without any way to hang it. I expected it to have hanging holes with brads or some way to hang it where I wanted to. So sad not to be able to use it the way it was intended and it was so expensive!

Ordered a "blue" and sage banner as advertised. They sent me purple striped banner despite paying for a quality check. Then I requested a replacement and banner #2 was purple again. So I asked them for a call from a supervisor to discuss because I needed this urgently resolved before my wedding because I was counting on this sign, but they don't take phone calls? So guess what, replacement #3 was again purple. Now I'm left with no banner for my wedding and a big waste of time. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Their job is to print stuff.. and they're terrible at it.

Was broke when received what do I need to do?

Ordered for a coworker in an ornament exchange. His family had recently traveled to Tokyo and I thought this lucky cat would be perfect. Each year it will be a reminder of a great trip and family memories. The quality was beyond my expectations and the price was great. The shipping was fast even around the holiday time.

The wrapping paper is thick/good quality and beautiful. The one thing I would want improved is the continuation of the wording printed on the wrapping paper. At times, it's a bit bunched up.

Why aren't the cocktail napkins navy blue? The design was navy blue not black? Anyway to rush the right color to me that i ordered? Wedding is 8/5/26 thanks in advance

I love my mug! I made myself a mug with my logo and business name in the 20 oz. It's so hard to find a good 20 oz mug and this one is perfect, I love it so much.

The patch fell off after a few months of purchasing the item. Believed the patch was sewed on, but it was glued. Im not purchasing another item from this site. I paid quite a bit of money for this hat just for it to fall apart
