I ordered navy and the napkins arrived as dark gray. I got my money back, but it was too late to get the napkins in the correct color for the event I had planned.

May be beautiful product but be sure you give PLENTY of time for receipt. Ordered 15 days before needed, paid $17 for "expedited" shipping and it's still not here. Won't make it in time for wedding. Be aware shipping is USPS which doesn't guarantee, and often doesn't deliver on time.

Unfortunately the navy blue color appeared black. It did not match the decor. The quality was good just disappointed what was ordered is not what arrived

Only concern was that the image appeared on the mug DARKER than what I sent in. (Made the "night" picture of the theatre hard to see.) Other than that, everything... quality, shipping, condition of the mugs on arrival... was GREAT!

the graphic and customization was great but the quality of the bag is very poor. The price is too expensive for the quality.

The napkins were beautiful and came quickly.

So excited to have this banner for my son when he got home. I even did expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. It did not arrive on time. They had just finished making it the day it was planned to arrive. No contact saying the banner would arrive late. When I contacted them they offered to refund shipping. That’s it!!! Not good customer service.

Two tries, each one faded, lacking contrast, with a slightly cloudy finish and odd plank tones unlike previous printing of the same image on mugs Zazzle has not responded after the second try.
