I was disappointed with this mug. The product arrived as a two-tone color-changing mug, but I was expecting a regular personalized coffee mug. The product listing did not make it clear that the image would only be visible when hot liquid is poured into the cup. If the photos and description had clearly shown this feature, I would have chosen a different product. I wanted to see the personalized picture all the time, not just when the mug is hot. Better product photos and details would help prevent this confusion.

Great product and fast delivery

Images were blurry and unclear We paid for expedited delivery to have it arrive by thursday, and it arrived friday - after the person we were giving it to left town. very dissatisfied. Would at very least like a refund on the shipping / expedited shipping, as it was late. Image quality was bad enough we decided not to give the mug to the person.

The photo and text I put on the mug both turned out great and looked very professional. The only thing I wish is that you had more font options for the text.

The sign came out amazing. It showed up in plenty of time. Received many compliments. Will order again.

The coffee mug arrived broken I reached out via the website and no reply ever to rectify this problem. This was a gift for our daughter. Very unfortunate.

Horrible! The representation on the website is completely misleading! The image is hardly visible and the wording - the reason for the order is not visible without a magnifying glass. I will be returning.

My first delivery of 4 boxes of napkin designs, one package had a printing issue. Mistakes happen but The follow up for replacement was painless to have resolved, they understood and quickly sent out new ones. Someone wrote a review; “check thru your order” that was good to know.
