The print quality was great, and the items arrived exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, the packaging wasn’t sufficient, and one of the mugs arrived broken. I was initially going to leave a lower rating, but customer service promptly replaced it, which I appreciate. My biggest disappointment is that the bottom of the mug has a large green “Made in China” and “Orca Coatings” logo. It’s very noticeable on an otherwise clean white mug and feels like unwanted advertising on a product I paid for. I wish the branding were much more discreet or omitted entirely. I will definitely change to another provider who does not advertise on a mug I paid for. It’s a small things but very annoying to me…

Th cocktail napkins came out as exactly pictured on Zazzle. I am extremely happy with them. I plan on putting them on the bar at the restaurant at my daughter's bridal shower.

I have ordered this cup which I designed several times over the years to give as a graduating gift to my relatives. The last one I ordered this year came with blurry writing that was almost unreadable.

I was expecting the pillows to be larger especially because of how expensive they were. But they are beautiful and match my bedroom decor perfectly. I just recently ordered a matching cover plate for my light switches from you. Same pattern as the pillows.

The lawn sign came just as described. The colors were vibrant and the image was sharp. It was a great addition to our decorations.
