Excellent quality and it arrived on time. At first, the tracking showed a delay in delivery and it would not have arrived in time for my fiancé's surprise birthday party. However, I contacted customer service and they were able to confirm the delivery two days before the party. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the quality of the banner.

I ordered these for my blueberry themed baby shower which is only 9 days away. They seemed to be packaged well but after I pulled the bag out of the package I’m finding holes in the wrappers. Without opening the bag they were shipped in I took pictures, it was very obvious that more than half of the candy has a ripped wrapper or is already opened on the top. I can not serve my guests half opened candy, do not waste your money on this product. The labels however are beautiful and I’m now wishing I purchased only labels for the kisses and bought my own candy at walmart.

I would be embarrassed to give this ornament as a gift. The engraving is so light, I can barely read it. I cannot believe this was even sent out. What a disgrace!

I already had one of my own that I loved, so made 2 more for family birthdays. Keeps ice for 48 hours, easy to clean and comfy to carry on a belt or in a backpack or car.

This is not just an ordinary box! The photography for the tile lid is fantastic, the lining inside the box is plush, the mahogany color I ordered for the wood is rich and true. I love the lined, slide-out gift box that the squirrel box comes in. All in all, this is a quality product at a very good price. I also want to thank customer service for their courteous and prompt assistance. I will be back to do some more shopping!

Disappointing that the printing was blurred and faded/light on all napkins. The theme was cute though.

Very light/faded. Very hard to discern anything on the napkins. Disappointed.

Had to 'modify' it, to add some punctuation but otherwise it was otherwise funny and he loves it.

Awful this is for a wedding rehearsal dinner. i am not going to put out guest towels. Quality so poor embarrassed. Sad thing is that i do not have time to get a replacement.

This mug turned out great for Fathers Day. I put photos of each of our puppies with their names on it. I love you can get the regular or larger 15oz size, my husband likes his coffee. The printing came out very bright and clear. It came in a sturdy box and on time. This is my second order from the same seller. The first was a year ago for his birthday with our two cats on it. The colors have not faded at all with lots of use over the year. I also like getting the combo white with black it just adds to the look. It is so easy to set up the photos for your own special mug. Highly recommend this seller and very reasonably priced. Looking for an excuse to do another one.

Bright and very clear print. The previous one I got is a year old and looks the same as it did when I received it. My photos give you an idea of it but does not look as good as the actual product.

the clock does not keep the correct time and loses 15 minutes each day....it is impossible to contact anyone on this site to make an exchange....

The quality of the product is nice, but the print is very dull and you can hardly see it.

I was so excited to finally have my business logo on an apron, however, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the craftmanship of the apron. The logo looked good, but the fabric was flimsy and the stitching was loose and had loose strands of thread. I don't like to give negative reviews, but I had ordered several of theses and each one displaced similar quality.

The printing looked good, I believe it would have adhered to a better quality fabric.

Quality napkins arrived in a timely manner. Would order again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package of Monet napkins. The artwork is beautiful , and the white border created an excellent framing. The material is more substantial than most paper napkins. I used them yesterday at an event and people commented on how very special they are.
