I am so very very happy with this mug. it is for my ex-husband as a peace entreaty. ok the first thing I like is the packing, in a hard plastic cup shaped box fitted exactly to the cup (even the handle). I don't think it could break. Second thing I like is the quality of the mug. A heavy cup with thick ceramic walls. A memorable cup to keep forever. The imprint is very good and was exactly as I wanted it.

I purchased this retractable banner only a month ago! The first time using, the banner came out of the bracket on one side and I couldn’t get it to slide back in. I taped the side up to the bracket and tried to use again. The first outside event the pole snapped due to bending back from moderate wind. Only a month later and can’t use at all!

The photo and coloring were great; however, I don't understand why business info that was original on the display cup when placing your order was not removed. There should be some instructions. I can't give the mug I ordered and my money was wasted.

Still waiting for the second, identical banner to be delivered. Promised by customer service to be asap.

This was the third tumbler I’ve designed and ordered. It is sad compared to the first two! The first two had bright glossy colors; this one was dull and flat with pixelation, using the same exact uploads. Not happy.

Was unhappy with the size and photo placement as it felt very squished at the top. Item was smaller than expected

Only one issue had wrong year

Banner had ink everywhere and parts of the logo doesn’t show. Very bad job
