I am very disappointed in my business card order. I was brought to this site because i was searching for metallic gold and dark blue cards. This was the perfect solution. They just arrived and there is absolutely nothing metallic about them. The entire order is going into the trash and I am now on my search again! It is critical that I match my logo and branding for the company.

ACTUALLY TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Everything has not arrived FOR WEEKS even after I have paid expedited shipping that they will not reimburse. And there is zero customer service representatives to speak to. A TERRIBLE COMPANY.

You need to speak to your delivery crews well as the crew that packed the order! The package, which is cardboard, was absolutely soaked. When opened, the card and envelope inside was soaked and swollen. It was never packaged in plastic before shipping. It could’ve been salvaged at least. I received another Zazzle package that was put inside of the mailbox and the individual cards were wrapped in protective plastic against the elements. Very disappointed!

Simple steps to reorder cards, I tried to see if I could buy other items like flyers from the website with the same design but nothing came up for me, it’s true I’m not very website savvy so it just be me not seeing where to look. Excellent cards with wonderful design work.
