Zazzle Invitations

The Save the Date order was received earlier than originally scheduled. The order was excellent except for 3 of the Save the Date cards which had a small white dot on them and the background color was dark purple.

ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED AND CAN'T GET ANY ANSWER ON HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK

Never received. Messaged to ask for re-delivery and no answer. Would like a full refund, no answer to that as well. Disappointed in Zazzle

Nicely printed but I ordered rounded edges .. arrived with square edges .. disappointed.

I’m only giving this a 3 due to the fact that there is no answer key included. I also reached out and left a message asking for one with no response.

This order was the best I have seen and much better than I thought.

I was amazed that Zazzle had an appropriate card for a priest’s anniversary. I did make my own mistake as the card had the service anniversary (example 50th) on the front and inside of the card. I modified the date on the front of the card but missed it on the inside. So - I reordered the card. Fortunately I received the correct version of the card. The original order never arrived at my house. I was able to get a refund for that order but I found having an order lost somewhat concerning.

Envelopes were addressed and printed nicely. Unfortunately, the envelopes barely close/seal.

Everything was Great and the Business cards were Perfect.

The gold appearance is mat compared to the photo. Besides that the cards are really nice.

Online these cards look like they are textured which is why I ordered them. They are not. Just look like an old fashion smooth grocery sack in person. I'm embarrassed to use them.

Some of the cards are a little off with how they were cut. I have ordered before without editing and ordered with editing so that isn't the issue. This time it wasn't as noticeable as in the past with how off the cut has been. I shouldn't have to go in and edit anything as there isn't anything I need to change - it's the same design each time but the design gets moved, again whether I edit or not, so it's got to be how the cardstock is cut.

These are going to be perfect for me daughters shower!!!

This is not the design I submitted for printing. The automated portion of Zazzle has changed my order twice now, altering the design to be printed. Very disappointed. Customer service tried to help, but I guess with everything being automated there is no control over the process when there’s a glitch in their system. Now, our business event deadline will not be met. Unprofessional? Extremely.
