Zazzle Invitations

The order was misprinted off-center when originally ordered so I reached out to Zazzle once I realized this and they sent out another order with the exact same defect so I now have 600+ cards that are way off-center with too much blank space on one side, and the edges look like they were cut with scissors - not machine rounded like I paid for. Very disappointed these are going in the trash. Currently requesting a refund. The design is beautiful. Zazzle’s execution of it is terrible.

I didn’t change anything from the template, you cannot read a lot of the print on the cards…. I am really disappointed. The cards themselves are beautiful but the font is insanely small.

The quality of the paper was not so good. The black edges bend and fade.

I like how Zazzle lets you add your own touches and make the card so personal based on characteristics of the receiver. They love it and I always get such wonderful comments too.

Paid extra for signature UV gloss and thicker paper. No gloss and thin paper. Quality has gotten worse my past few orders. Disappointing.

Second time ordering. Quality and price are EXCELLENT!. The more you order the better the price.

They are not holographic, big misleading title. They just took a canned stock image of a holographic business card and then pasted on the background and charged 8x-14x what it costs. I charge clients $34 for 1000 UV gloss cards. This is a bait and switch, be careful.

I’m very disappointed, my orders in thr past have never taken this long to deliver!!! They are my personal cards I use for my business and I’m out of them!!!

Usually Zazzle is great. They failed this order. The cards are ordered with rounded corners. Also packing is terrible. Most of the cards are bent or kinked and corners crushed. Poor performance. I’d like another set made at no charge

I spent my time creating a beautiful, neat design, only to be sent crooked, nonsensical business cards! The edges are uneven — they aren't even remotely rounded. The design placement is completely off, even though the layout clearly shows that the margins were properly observed. And the color reproduction is absolutely terrible! I am ashamed just to look at the printed product, let alone actually use it. I demand a refund — this is a terrible print job!

I paid for expedited shipping, nearly an extra $30 to make sure i had them on time for an event, and they still have other shown up and they were suppsoed to be here yesterday! not happy with this company, do not fall for the scam of expedited shipping!
