Zazzle is amazing and never disappoints. I Am very happy with my Address return labels. Exactly what I needed. Shipping was fast, easy and ordering a breeze.

As usual everything was perfect!

The "Save the Date" cards were excellent! The design was good, the card stock they were on was heavy, and they came out just like I hoped they would. The designer who created the template did a great job. The envelopes were a little thin. The card could be seen through them, and they seemed a little cheap. However, overall, my wife and I were very pleased with how this announcement for our daughter's college graduation party turned out.

I think the letterhead is adorable. The envelopes included with the letterhead are unusable. The envelopes are the same size as the letterhead. They require extra postage vs. folding the letterhead and putting in a regular #10 envelope.

The sign is beautiful, but it has a bend in the board. I’m so disappointed because it is such a great design.

While the product was great, the colors awesome, and the design process pretty easy-peasy; unfortunately, it was delivered while it was raining and the paper-based packaging did not adequately product the product. We lost 2-3 pieces of our set to water damage and now have to figure out we will either have to send out damaged items to or not send them to someone at all.

Thank you for sending the invitations out quickly that somehow did not make it into the mailer originally or removed, etc. I did get a second batch of invitations the day before the party and hopefully I wasn't charged for those as they are not useful to me now.

Production was perfect

I received my order and absolutely loved the invitations, but unfortunately, I discovered that the QR code was incorrect. I was in a huge time crunch and needed the invitations ready to go within just a couple of days, so I immediately contacted Zazzle and explained the situation. Their response was incredibly quick, and they offered a full credit so I could reorder the invitations. Everything was taken care of and my new order was placed within an hour. I expedited the shipping and received the replacement invitations just two days later! I was extremely impressed with how quickly Zazzle responded and with the different solutions they offered to help resolve the issue. They were very gracious and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. The invitations are beautiful, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend Zazzle and will be using them for future needs. Thank you, Zazzle, for making this right so quickly!

These postcards are beautiful--look like real watercolors. So much so that I mounted them on posterboard to display in my kitchen. Think they would look even better in frames with mattes, Very happy with them.
