Apparently, I accidentally ordered the flyer version instead of the invitation version. I didn't realize there would be such a significant difference in the paper quality, especially since the design looks exactly like the wedding invitation. I'm honestly not sure why a flyer version that looks identical even exists. That was my mistake, but I think the product description could make the difference more obvious. The paper is much thinner than a typical wedding invitation, it's almost like magazine paper rather than the thicker cardstock most people would expect for wedding invites. At this point, I'll go ahead and use them, but I'm really disappointed with the result. I had no idea that "flyer" meant the paper quality would be this low. If I had known, I definitely would have ordered the invitation version instead.

I received my order with the date on the invitation of Saturday, September 20, 2026 and it should have said Sunday, September 20, 2026. Your review team did not catch this error. Please let me know if I can get a refund for my invitation order? I’m not very happy that this happened and it wasn’t brought to my attention!

The cards are so dark you cannot read anything. I need to return for a refund. How do I go about doing that?
