The package was wrapped in padded paper-no plastic or protection inside. There was a big rain storm before I could retrieve the package and we lost several envelopes. The whole outer package was wet and fell apart. The invitations look ok.

The invitations were beautiful. So many people told me how nice they were.

It was a beautiful sticker!! They are a little difficult to peel off, you just have to be careful. They came early and were so nice to put on my 4th of July cards!!

I just received my order and it was delivered with ZERO interior package protection! Literally my new stationery was floating inside box hitting up against edges, crumpled corners on the notepaper. Very disappointed. Not exactly the clean elegance I want to present in my correspondence.

Wow! I was nervous about ordering, but it was so easy and love how much detail the examples are to make it so much easier to order the right invitation. I received them today after ordering them less than a week ago! The invitation are ao beautiful! And will definitely use them again!

the font on this is so small it's not even allowed by the USPS. I don't know why these are even available for sale. Awful! Don't buy.

READ THE PAPER. I was so excited to get these to come and realize it’s flyer paper.. not exactly what I wanted for an invite

These came and looked nothing like the colors represented in the pictures on Zazzle’s website. They are a very dull version of the ones you see online. Zazzle also sent us someone else’s belly bands and we never got our wax seal stickers so my invitations went out without the nice finishing touches that I so carefully picked out and the colors were dull compared to the vibrant pretty colors in the picture of the product online. I didn’t have enough time to re-order my wedding invitations and I paid for expedited shipping, so I just had to suck it up and send them anyway. Zazzle is refunding me for the items that did not ship and they are supposedly issuing me store credit, though that has not come through yet. I felt really disappointed with how my wedding invitations looked, but I just did not have enough time to re-order so I would only order from Zazzle if you have plenty of time to ship them back and return them and re-order new ones if they don’t look as advertised.

These were perfect for my daughters first birthday. And they helped set the theme for her decor at the party.

This are soooo beautiful in person. The material it’s a hard cardstock paper. Love it. Nicely wrapped and packaged. Came earlier than expected. And I also got four extra invitations at no extra cost with no envelopes:-) #Bonus #HappyCustomer

The product was exactly what we wanted; however, the packaging and lack of protection for the product was very lacking. 1,000 sheets of paper were loose in the box and the air sack had not been filled. It was delivered in the rain, and although the box and paper were not wet, the paper took on moisutre and we had to lay it out with books on it to flatten it our. If it had been packaged, this would not have been a problem. The biggest problem is that you cannot talk to a person. The bot tried to help; however, it was of no help. Customer service needs to be addressed. For $88 shipping, I should have gotten better service.
