I ordered invitations they shipped it in a mailer. The whole thing came bent unusable

very disappointed, my sign was creased when received and the bottom has some chipping

Never received my order of address labels

I am doing this for a friend who lost their father and I cannot give them these completely off center - I have been trying to get ahold of customer service I have sent in 4 messages for help sat on a phone line that never connected to receive zero customer support to fix this. I will have to get them reprinted elsewhere any pay all over bc there has been no help from Zazzle. Very dissatisfied.

We had a terrible experience with Zazzle. Our original order of invitations did not match the sample we had received, and the quality was terrible. There was ink smudged all over the invitations. Zazzle replaced the invitations but within a few months, they were falling apart. The paper is splitting in two. We expected these to be high-quality, lasting invitations, mementos for our guests. Zazzle then refused to refund the order, citing their strict 30 day policy. We are so disappointed, by both the product and customer service.

Always great quality and priced well. Zazzle is always my first choice. My recent order was for personalized post cards. Shipped in a timely manner and delivered in pristine condition, every time.

I ordered a sample of the invitation so that I could feel the paper and see it in person versus online. It was very nice so I placed an order for 40 invitations. When they arrived... about 6 of them are bent... I don't think it's from shipping because the envelope itself is fine.. just appears the invitations were shoved in the envelope and causing them to crease and bend. I am hoping I won't need these as I ordered a few extra but still for $90 it's disappointing.
