Really impressed with product, high quality and just what I wanted. Would highly recommend.

A handful of my wedding invites arrived damaged around the edges. I am very disappointed that this happened. I have looked for a way to contact for compensation or replacement however have found no way. The design however is very nice and as expected.

The print on the front was very light and hard to read. I couldn't edit the color or font.

This product is called a "something blue" bridal shower invitation. The description says it features a classic blue color scheme. The words printed on the card are not blue. They are lavender. The description was misleading.

The package arrived much later than I was told it would arrive. The event I made the poster for was already over by the time it was received so I was not even able to use it.

I love this wedding card - the front twirling image coincided with a photo of the engaged couple I added on the inside of the card as they were twirling that matched the front perfectly as well as adding the personalizing of the greeting. Inserting the hearts icon on the back of the card adds that something special. I'm just sure my niece and her new hubby will love this card...

The quality of the photo was good and the paper was pretty but the outer cards were losing the black color on the outside because of either poor packaging or poor printing quality

I am a long time customer. I recently customized some stickers. When I received them, 2 of the 5 ( I think it was) sheets were awful. Blurry, fuzzy. The photos were the same quality of the other photos I used. I received to heads up message that that could happen (or did happen) prior to submitting order or after they were produced before shipping. When I reached to them to refund or replace, they didn't because of "quality of images". Customer service like this makes me question remaining a loyal customer
