Vintage French Kitchen Stone Coaster

This design features a painting by the French Neo-Impressionist artist Maximilien Luce (1858–1941). It is a view of a traditional kitchen in a grand French house. There are two female culinary staff in the kitchen. One woman is seated as she cuts vegetables. The other woman is standing as she washes and dries plates. There is a large wooden table in the centre of the kitchen, and there are many cabinets and utensils around the outside of the room. There is a small window in the corner of the kitchen, letting in light as the women work. The original art was painted in 1889.
