Easy to customize, excellent quality, well priced. Easy to change out the strap (came with black leather-like strap and we ordered pink metal attachment separately from different site - simply for the aesthetic). Will order again!

I tried to upload pictures of all 3 ornaments I had made for my grandchildren but I wasn't able to. But those are a picture from each ornament. I paid extra for expedited shipping and they did not arrive when promised. So, I am on my trip and have yet to see these tags. Very disappointed.
