This is a beautiful ornament and well made! We made it in honor of our “best friend and soul mate” who just passed away after being with us for 13 years. Highly recommend this business. Made exactly like advertised and custom made.

I would not recommend this ornament. Since the background is marble patterned, if any of your text end up on the white part it is be hard to read. I can barely read my granddaughter's name or the year on the finished product. Disappointing.

I was very disappointed in the quality. The photos on both sides were very blurry. I have ordered things like this before and the seller would communicate with me so I could change the size or use a different photo, but Zazzle just sent it to me as is. I cannot give this as a gift, so I ordered from somewhere else.

They white boarder was too large

This was my first time purchasing from her, and I know I'm not alone when I say that I'm not very tech savvy. I was having a lot of trouble with my photo, so I reached out to Nicole for help. She responded with tips, ideas and suggestions. Even after trying, I still couldn't fix it on my own. She went above and beyond to assist me personally. I really appreciate her patient and taking time out of her busy life to help. Excellent customer service and outstanding! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED
