Never received and I spent extra money for fast delivery. I have ordered a lot this year with 2 weddings. Always received items but now this item was not delivered along with the Hershey kisses

The qualof the cards was not the best.

I was DISSAPOINTED. I needed this to arrived before May 17, so i EXPEDITED a RUSH DELIVERY which should have arrived May 15 - it came later on a Monday, May 18!

Printed on super-thin paper, so a lot of our thank-you cards and envelopes arrived dog-eared. We are super bummed!

The graduation announcements, in the end, came out beautifully. Your AI assistant was not helpful. I had to wait for your customer service agent to write me back and then finally speak over the phone to correct the problem. I thought your site was hard to use when ordering the envelopes. They arrived with no addresses after inputting all of them into my address book. Karen fixed it, thank God for her! Even with this hold up if 5 days, they arrived before graduation! The last time I used Zazzle there was a phone number to call for help … none of the hassle I went through this time would have happened if there had been a live person to call!!!

How can I give a review to something I never received and been having problems with your Company to get it here. It’s been a month since that was supposed to arrive here on May 29. It is June 12 today and still I have no answers your Company is Horrible. I will never use you guys. Everyone should be aware of the horrible service for things that you order and never get not even a refund stay away from this Company.😡😡😡😡😡

I never heard of Zazzle until I looked for personalized address labels for graduation announcements. The endless choices really helped since I am not a creative person. There was a style for every occasion imaginable. I was very impressed with the quality and how fast the labels were shipped. I did not mind paying a high ship price for something like this since it was for a special, infrequent occasion. I will order from Zazzle again for the next big occasion!

Website hard to navigate and envelopes substandard. Tried to buy a better envelope but would not let me address them. I had to get them out, so I used the ones sent. Would never recommend you to a friend.

I didn't realize company changed how they packaged their products. I thought I ordered 200 cards. I rcvd a box with 100 cards. After emails w/zazzle, I was sent another box of 60 cards. I will be using the cards, but might go to vista print for future orders

The QR code does not work for my guest. I spent a lot on these for them not to work.

Our moving announcement card was perfect. The dog on the card looked exactly like our Goldendoodle! Everyone that received it thought it was adorable and had never seen one like it before. I reordered twice, everybody wanted one. I appreciated the timely arrival too. Thank you.
