Zazzle Invitations

Unfortunately I received my order of business cards through the web design option and I went with the glitter base and they are not glitter they aren’t even as vibrant as the image on the screen displayed. It looks like white paint was spackled on the cards & I tried multiple times to delete the “event factory” off the bottom right of the cards but it would never let me delete it so I was assuming it was just automatic but when printed it wouldn’t be on there & I was wrong. It’s in fact on all of them. I ordered post cards in the same style and scared they’ll turn out the same. Super disappointed! Especially paying $18 in shipping 😩

Zazzle just can't seem to get it right! I paid for Premium Silk (like the larger cards in the background). What I received was not only poor quality, but also thin glossy cardstock. I am extremely disappointed, as I needed these for an event this coming weekend. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd, yes THIRD order in a row that was incorrect.

I ordered my order on January 11. I still have not received it. I am completely not satisfied and when I call I don’t get any information when I track it. It gives me no detailed information.

This half of 0rder came with NONE OF OUR DISCREET INFORMATION PRINTED ON THAT SET OF 1OO BUSINESS CARDS. I CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ABYONE AT ZAZZLE TOI GET THEIR MISTAKE CORRECTED! It is shameful business practice with no redundancy for their customers. Mybe this will help to get my order corrected and mailed oput to me!! Happy New Year!

Hello I received my cards and I’m not happy with the colors on them. This is the coloring I had on my photo but the card I received is not comparable.They turned out dark and muddy. Can’t use them. Can you help?

I have ordered the same card, the same lettering, and the same color at least three times. This time the coloring was different. The red was an orange and the card stock was really thin. I order the hard stock which you pay extra for. Very disappointing with this order.

Cards were supposed to look like metal. the pic on the web site looks like metal. just received my order and they look like cheap crap. looks like someone made them on their apple 2c. will never buy again from this site. bait and switch. BEWARE!!!!.

This wasn’t the first time I ordered from zazzle I even subscribed to zazzle plus the first time and this time ordering these cards were so cheap material they bend so fast scratch easily even if I just put it in my purse it has white peelings throughout the cards I think Walgreens had been quality then these business cards won’t be ordering again .
