Zazzle Invitations

Loved the card and personalized feature - and it arrived sooner than I expected. Only giving 4 stars because the envelope it came in was bent and as a result the card was too. I still used it. Granddaughter loved it.

All the cards were so vibrant and made with great paper stock. I always upgrade to the heavier stock because it's well worth the little extra cost. I love personalizing them with names and content - receive great feedback. The five graduation cards were really appreciated by the recipients. I've been also making special birthday ones too for milestone birthdays. Please order early to receive on time. I find the shipping to be slower than noted, even when I paid extra. I'll continue to use Zazzle because they're the best cards around.

Did not realize this card would be customized with the name "Christine." It is not usable for me.

On the inside of the card, the word on the second line should be "choose," not chose. I will not be using this card.

Beautiful design by "Shower of Roses Shoppe" Poor customer support. I paid for expedited shipping for my order to arrive in time for an event. Item was delayed several days after scheduled delivery date and arrived after my event. I tried to contact Zazzle prior to delivery to complain about the delivery and was told by a chatbot that I couldn't request a shipping refund until the order was received. Chatbot directs you to a resolution center that does not offer the option to request a shipping refund.

Envelopes are as terrible as the invites. Literally see through!! The same ink that turned the black writing on my invites green also did these envelopes. At least it matches? *eye roll* Also, I thinkkk they were going for a 3D look with the font but bc the envelope quality is trash it just looks smudged.

I do not know if the quality is good or bad as I haven’t been able to examine them since they arrived after the event and I left to visit my sister before they arrived. When I was ordering them Zazzle advertised that they would be sent FedEx 2nd day air if they cost over $50. The order was $107. They sent them standard delivery even though I contacted them three times stating I needed them by May 29–which was 4 days after the order was placed. The service was on May30th and the programs arrived on June 4th-5 days after the service and two days after I left to visit my sister. To say the least I was furious they did not get to me before the service date which was clearly on the front of the program. I ended up having to put together a different program and get them copied.

I do not know if the quality of the product is good or bad

Items took a week and a half to arrive and due to poor packaging every single note card arrived damaged and corners are bent.

The paper quality is not what I expected or described. I was to supposed to get a matte finish and the paper is glossy. The margins on the backside are formatted far too close to the edge of the paper and looks horrible. I did not notice this in the sample. I’m so disappointed. This was my first zazzle purchase and likely my only one.
