Zazzle Invitations

The shipment from Zazzle was absolutely horrific! I had to contact customer service 3 different times about this order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Not only did the menus come bent on the edges from poor packaging, but the print job itself was also poor. They must have been stacked onto each other when the ink was still wet because there is green/blue smudging around the front edges. I paid the extra $4 for printer review and then had to pay $30 to send these back for a refund. Wish I had used a local printer in the first place!

They are absolutely PERFECT the script is BEAUTIFUL and the excel sheet is so simple to use and upload makes it quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

They were delivered damaged, folded into threes and not usable. No response from customer service. Use Etsy instead.

these are darling cards and I would love to be able to use them...but why are they printed with that message. I know I tried to take it off but evidently didn't. Can't use them now and paid for several.

Looks great and easy process

I was under the impression when buying these that they’d be holographic shiny, they are not. Also mine are not centered properly. Cute design, not what I was expecting when purchasing after they arrived so I’m disappointed.

I ordered five boxes of cards and received. What is the equivalent of 2 1/2 boxes. I was excited because the order came much faster than it normally does. But very disappointed that I paid for five boxes of cards and got two full boxes and a half size box and yet was charged for a complete order. Not sure what is going on. I have used this design for the last two years and have loved every interaction with this company, but this is a severe disappointment and would like to see it rectified ASAP.

I regret not measuring how small a two inch tag would be. These tags would have been so pretty had they been as large as the photo depicted. The print is very small and not worth the expense. Three inches would have made them beautiful.

The design is pretty on screen but in person the font is so small it's very difficult to read. I was not expecting the drastic difference. I would recommend changing the font size before ordering. It has a lot of blank space around the text. It's also a thinner font type which makes it that much harder to see.
