Our cards came out a bit blurry

Looks exactly like the picture!! Was not disappointed

It came out beautifully!! My daughter in law cried when she saw the bookmark of her pet that she lost this year

Was a bit disappointed. The first time around my wedding invitations came they had smudges and markings on them, corners were bent, and the black and white photo in the invitation looked like it was tinted pink. When I messaged Zazzle they did want to make it right, which I appreciated. They sent new prints, but unfortunately the back part of the invitation was not to scale like the rest of the trifold pages. Overall the new prints were better so I just used them because I didn’t have time to wait for new ones. Overall though I probably won’t order these again.

This card was better than I anticipated! My brother is going to love it!! Thank up.

Quality of paper and finish on card was lacking quality

the paper is flimsy, poor quality printing, and the glossy finish is not good for writing recipes. will be returning. should have read the description

It was three weeks since I placed my order, and my business card still haven’t arrived. When I contacted customer service, they simply blamed me for selecting the “slow, no tracking” shipping option. They completely fail to acknowledge that their expedited shipping options are priced so high they become comparable to — or even more expensive than — using a local print shop. Without asking for my input or confirming whether I still needed the order, they offered to reprint the cards. By that point, I had already desperately reprinted everything at Kinko’s because I urgently needed the materials for an event scheduled just one month after placing the original order. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve experienced significant delays and poor communication with Zazzle. The service seems to be steadily declining. Local printing might be more expensive but it’s becoming more ROÍ compatible.

Not what I expected Smaller than I thought Can’t use them I will have to re order

Placed an order and paid for expedited shipping that stated it would arrive within 4 days, which was great! That was in fact not the case and it did not arrive for 7 days so I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive expedited shipping., Will never order from this company again.

They sorted out immediately when I got delivered only half the amount ordered.

Cards were beautiful package arrive damaged and cards were missing but love the cards not happy with the shipping company
