The transaction was easy and I think the product is very nice.

Customer service for Zazzle has NO PHONE NUMBER! If your order is lost you can only chat with someone. Tracking on my order was inaccurate and customer service said they would order a replacement without any consideration for the two weeks I have been waiting for this gift to arrive. This must be common for Zazzle so buyer beware! This was a birthday gift and now it will be late - assuming it actually arrives. I am an unhappy customer. I am not comfortable doing business with a company that has NO PHONE NUMBER. ( the order has been paid in full since May 15th.. Today is May 28th and I have no gift to give)

They look ok, but the texture and material feels very cheap. You can tell that they will fall apart pretty quickly in a pocket.
