The paper was great, so much so that I reordered it a second time. It did NOT arrive when it was supposed to so it became useless when it did arrive. VERY disappointing.

Just got home from vacation. Opened the stickers and they are so light and difficult to read. I probably won't use them. I think the font is so small with the ink color. Stickers need to be bigger or font changed.

Extremely disappointed. For the amount of money I paid, the quality of these invitations should have been nicer. The colors are NOT as vibrant as shown online and the paper quality feels so cheap. It literally looks like I printed these at home. If I would have known they would turn out this poorly, I would have saved the time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cards were great. Business size card - expected to be "prayer card " size but they are legible and clear . Easy enough to read. Picture is clear .

This was delivered to my house yesterday by the United States post office. The package was thrown by my garage door and left out in the rain. The postman could’ve put this package by my front door, which had shelter over it. The sheets now are all ruffled up and still wet I’m not sure if I’m even going to be able to use these. I paid to have these delivered.

Absolutely beautiful bridal shower invitations with matching recipe card attached. I had never seen anything like them. They're so unique and beautifully designed. Our bride and family have been very impressed with the artistic details. We're asking for the attendees to share a favorite recipe (or two) and bring a favorite seasoning or spice as a gift for our bride. For those unable to attend, they may mail their recipe. Something personable and special for our bride, and the invitations and additional recipe cards meet the criteria as well. Exceptional quality. I highly recommend this vendor.

The paper is like cardboard printout I thought it would be shinier or glossier

My package was shipping in a bag instead of a box, so all my invites and cards were damaged on the sides and corners.

Labels are hard to read, I should of ordered larger labels.

Part of my order was not properly trimmed/cut, so the labels weren't trimmed apart and had to be manually cut in half. This happened twice. The exact same incorrectly trimmed labels were sent out 2 times in a row, after I had explained the error in the first round. I won't be ordering from Zazzle again, you need actual human beings to staff your customer service and to check for quality and errors.

Everything was beautiful on front of invitation. I paid for extra editorial review to assure accuracy and the reviewer missed a spelling error on back of invite on the public website spelling.

My wonderful stickers arrived quickly. I will be giving one sheet each at Christmas to the ladies I tap dance with. 😻😁

It never came. No one ever alerted me to any problems via email, phone, or other message/notification.

One side had a crease down the entire thing and was not usable.

For premium paper that I paid extra for I’d was cheap feeling. The regular black you use for the base price is better looking paper and classier feeling paper. The layout was just fine and looked good but I was expecting a better grade of paper.

Was disappointed with my order. I had the wrong day for the date on the invitation. I am disappointed noone caught that. I had the correct day/date in my saved files. If someone would have taken the time to review the invitation and check my projects folder, it could have been easily remedied. Instead, it was printed incorrectly. As a printer vendor, I would think that someone should have caught this mistake and could have corrected it.

Poor color quality. Looked very cheap. Can't use them.
