As described and high quality!

I am very disappointed and hate how the invitations turned out. The invitations came wrapped with rubber bands around them and bent all of my invites. Also the invitations were supposed to be indented as shown on the photos on zazzle and they came flat with no indented lines around them and it makes the invitations look terrible. The picture on the back is also faded and is not the HD photo that was promised which I also paid extra money for. I also paid extra for expedited shipping so they could arrive on Monday and they got delayed. I want a refund on the shipping. I would like to know if I can even return them and get new ones shipped that are not so ugly and faded.

The "promised" delivery with additional payment is a joke! I have heard it from others but didn't believe this was the case until I experienced it myself. It appears that they will promise anything to get the business but when it doesn't show - it doesn't bother them to offer a refund of shipping fees, but you miss your deadline to get the product out. They don't tell you that it is ground transportation so there is no way to track or change to a pickup location by FedEx. In the meantime - I still haven't received my refund of shipping costs. It is unfortunate because the design was very pretty and the printing was well done.
